Thank you for choosing OLIS SKIN. As a small business, we pour our hearts into providing you with an exceptional, personalized experience. Every appointment is important to us, and we dedicate significant time and resources to ensure a great experience.

When booking, you agree the terms and conditions below:

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

• This applies to both single services and package sessions

• Appointments rescheduled with 48+ hours notice will not require a new deposit

• The original deposit will transfer to your new appointment date

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: deposit is forfeited but may be applied as credit toward future services

Less than 48 Hours Notice:

• Cancellations: Full deposit forfeited

• Reschedules: Original deposit forfeited; new deposit required for rescheduled appointment

For services booked under promotional offers:

• If your service was paid in full prior to your appointment and you need to cancel/reschedule- the below policy will apply.

• If you cancel/reschedule with appropriate notice, 80% of your payment will be refunded.

• If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours, you will forfeit the full payment.

LATE ARRIVALS + NO-SHOWS

Please call/text 310-846-3046 if you’re running late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and a 50% late fee if we cannot accommodate.

No-Shows (Including Packages): If you miss an appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the individual session cost will be charged. For prepaid packages, that session will be marked as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

SERVICE REFUNDS Services already rendered are non-refundable.

PRODUCT REFUNDS Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

REFUND PROCESS Email refund requests to hello@olisskin.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Jet Plasma technology is a relatively new advancement in aesthetic treatments. While it has gained popularity in recent years, it's still emerging in the mainstream beauty market. As with many cutting-edge cosmetic procedures, it takes time for awareness to spread beyond early adopters and specialized clinics. However, its effectiveness and minimal downtime are causing it to gain traction quickly among skincare professionals and clients seeking advanced, non-invasive skin rejuvenation options.

Our Jet Plasma treatment time is 75minutes.

You will unwind with a cleanse, steam, customized exfoliation treatment and products tailored to your skin goals. We finish with 10 minutes of medical grade LED light therapy.

This is a great time to add on a post treatment mask, as the channels to your skin are open and product absorption is significantly increased.

Duration for body sessions vary depending on the treatment area and the specific concerns being addressed.

No, clients do not report any discomfort during a Jet Plasma session, in fact, a lot of people tell us the sensation is "warm and relaxing". It is often described as a mild warming or tingling feeling.

• A series of 3-6 treatments for the face, and 3-8 treatments for other body areas spaced 3-10 days apart, is recommended for optimal results.

• All of our client's have seen results even after their first treatment, however, the results continue to build throughout your series as we move towards your skin goals.

• Nurse Jen will create a personalized treatment plan based on your specific skin goals.

The results of a Plasma Facial treatment series (3-6 sessions) can last 2–3 years or longer. The longevity of results depends on a number of factors, including age, lifestyle, skincare (wear your SPF!), and genetics.

Once a series of 6 sessions is complete, single maintenance sessions can be done every 1-3 months to maintain results.

Prior to your appointment:

1. Remove any jewelry from the treatment area(s).

2. Timing with other treatments:

• Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox, fillers, or laser resurfacing before your Plasma Facial session.

• If you desire Botox or filler after a Plasma session, wait at least 24 hours.

• For a Jet Plasma Facial series, it's recommended to complete the entire series before getting Botox or fillers to prevent migration.

One of the best things about Cold Jet Plasma technology is that there is no actual downtime (and you won't look scary to anyone). For optimal results, we do recommend the following for just 12-24 hours post-treatment:

• Avoid sun exposure

• Skip hot showers and steam rooms

• Stay out of pools

• Refrain from exercising

• Keep your skin clear of makeup

Some skin tones may experience temporary redness due to increased blood circulation. This typically subsides within a few hours.

Not all plasma devices or plasma services are created equal. Ensure you are seeing a licensed and skilled practitioner. We encourage you to do your research and have a consultation prior to any plasma service.

Contraindications for Jet Plasma Treatments:

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: We do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding individuals due to a lack of research in this population.

Cancer: We cannot treat areas with cancerous lesions or folks currently going through radiation and/or chemotherapy.

Metal implants: Treatment is not suitable for those with metal implants, rods, pins, or pacemakers in the treatment area.

Epilepsy: Individuals must be seizure-free for 2 years and on medication to receive treatment.

Recent cosmetic procedures: No Botox, fillers, or laser resurfacing in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior to any Plasma treatment.
