How does Cherry work?
Cherry performs a soft credit check, which does not hurt your credit score, to determine approval amounts and contract type, as well as to verify applicant identity. Cherry may ask for additional information from some borrowers in order to determine approval amounts.
Patient Requirements
1. Patients must be at least 18 years of age
2. Patients must have a valid bank issued debit card

BOOKING TERMS
Thank you for choosing OLIS SKIN. As a small business, we pour our hearts into providing you with an exceptional, personalized experience. Every appointment is important to us, and we dedicate significant time and resources to ensure a great experience.
When booking, you agree the terms and conditions below:
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
This applies to both single services and package sessions
Appointments rescheduled with 48+ hours notice will not require a new deposit
The original deposit will transfer to your new appointment date
Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: deposit is forfeited but may be applied as credit toward future services
Less than 48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations: Full deposit forfeited
Reschedules: Original deposit forfeited; new deposit required for rescheduled appointment
For services booked under promotional offers:
If your service was paid in full prior to your appointment and you need to cancel/reschedule- the below policy will apply.
If you cancel/reschedule with appropriate notice, 80% of your payment will be refunded.
If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours, you will forfeit the full payment.
LATE ARRIVALS + NO-SHOWS
Please call/text 310-846-3046 if you’re running late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and a 50% late fee if we cannot accommodate.
No-Shows (Including Packages): If you miss an appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the individual session cost will be charged. For prepaid packages, that session will be marked as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
SERVICE REFUNDS Services already rendered are non-refundable.
PRODUCT REFUNDS Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
REFUND PROCESS Email refund requests to hello@olisskin.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
POLICY UPDATES
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on our website.
